How should the documents be submitted?
Documents should be submitted in person (or by a third party—no authorization is required) or placed in an envelope bearing your full name and sent by post or courier to the Admission Center.
Applicants for Bachelor’s and Master’s studies who have received the “qualified” status in the 2026/2027 admission process must submit the original (paper) documents between July 29 and August 10 at the University of Lodz Admission Center.

Important: Please check your email for instructions and the list of documents required for submission. It is also recommended that you check your spam folder.
In certain cases the conditionally accepted student will be exempt from sending original documents via post. Each candidate will be informed individually via IRK platform or official Admission Centre email.

Admission for degree studies starts on 7th May, the deadline to apply is 13th July.
The University of Lodz does not offer mid-term intake (no February intake). Next academic year starts on 1st October 2026.
✅ Important Reminder - Individual Recognition Statement from NAWA
Before the admission opens, please apply for recognition of your foreign certificate or diploma. All candidates with foreign secondary school certificates or diplomas must obtain an Individual Recognition Statement. This is issued by the National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA). Applications must be submitted through the SYRENA system (this obligation does not apply to persons whose school certificate/diploma can be recognized as equivalent to the corresponding Polish certificate based on an international agreement (EU, EEA, OECD countries, Ukraine, China - in terms of certificates).

• Create an account in the IRK Admission system.
• Complete your personal data.
• Upload your educational documents.
• Select your study programme.
• Pay the application fee and complete your application by uploading all required documents.
• Participate in the entrance exam (if applicable).
